It's been a few years, but Rosie's in Monument was one of the highlights of a long trip. Our service was excellent, we were treated like old friends and the food (I couldn't get enough Monte Cristo sandwiches) was superb. We ate there four times in one week and I have threatened to make the 1500 mile drive to eat there again!
