Review by L Nelson for PJ’s Bistro

We had a terrible experience at PJ's Bistro. I wanted to give them another try thinking that maybe it was an off day, but my husband said he would not go back there again. I had to laugh when I read the last two reviews because they were so similiar to our experience. After a fun day shopping and sightseeing in Manitou we stopped for lunch. They weren't packed, but it was obvious that they had been busy. We're fine with waiting, but after several drink refills we asked the waitress how much longer it would be. She assured us it wouldn't be much longer....but then we asked again after another drink refill. She was nice - obviously stressed - but the little-boy host/manager(not sure exactly his role) was extremely rude and confrontational in front of the entire restaurant which is not very big. After that, we left without eating....too bad because the menu looked interesting. After reading that others have had the same experience, I guess we won't be back after all!
