Review by Christel for PJ’s Bistro

Hmm I find it really strange that people have had such horrible experiences there. I've gone three times now and the burgers are fabulous! My friend and I deemed this best place to get a burger in the Springs! There used to be a small waiter with red hair that wasn't the most attentive waiter. I think he was a manager but he is long gone now. The last time I went we had this really nice waiter named Bill. Very friendly, thoughtful and attentive. The atmosphere I will agree is odd but I don't care as long as the food is good. When the weather gets nicer you can sit on the patio and look out over the tourists shopping in Manitou. I have seen the place busy on the weekend and service seemed slow but I knew the food was worth the wait. Hope you all try it again. I love the bacon cheeseburger. My friend had the mushroom swiss. We both liked the fries. I haven't been in awhile and look forward to going back soon.
