Review by beahah for The Loop

We were in CO Springs on vacation, and always go to Manitou when there. The Loop looked interesting, so we went for lunch. YUCK! My daughter had a whole glass of water spilled down her back, no apologies from anyone. The food was bland; I counted 4 cubes of chicken in my enchilada total. The beans were not pinto, as used in Mexican food, but navy beans. The tortilla chips were stale, we had to flag down the server for more, and for more drinks also. When she gave us our bill she grandly announced they had taken 10% off of the bill for the water spill; that was not even enough for her meal to be free. As my husband left after paying the bill, the owner called after him, saying "Hey buddy, do me a favor and don't come back!" Don't worry, we won't. In fact, we heard earfuls from people in the surrounding stores regarding the staff at the Loop. Avoid at all costs unless you just want to get drunk.
