We have been frequent diners at Charlie's for many years, even using your services on more than one occasion for catering and large gatherings. Until this past year. Your food is by far our favorite B-B-Que but the the condition of your restaurant is keeping us from dining there more frequently. The first impression I have when we walk in the door is "if the carpet is this filthy, I wonder how clean the kitchen is." Fair or not, that is my impression and in our recessed economy you should be doing everything possible to attract not only tourists but locals as well. Please consider making some cosmetic changes to your dining area. It should not take you long to re-coup your expenses when your food is so excellent.
