Review by repeat customer for Borriello Brothers Pizza (Fountain)

I order a salad almost all the time from there for delivery or pick up. Pizza is always correct, but they RARELY get the salad correct!! I'd say 80% of the time they forget the salad dressing or just bring the wrong type!! Really is it THAT HARD??? I only go back because I like their pizza but feel like always have to triple check their "work" just to get my order correct. Customer service only extends as far as "Oh, I'm sorry about that". NO corrective measures, no incentives given, nothing to actually say that we value you for your repeat business.
