The pizza is very good. The customer service is very far below Pizza Hut, Papa John's or Dominos. If BB makes a mistake, you aren't going to get any service. PH PJ or Dominos will remake and deliver your correct pizza. BB told us to come pick it up. Oh and the quality of the pizza depends on who makes it. Some have been perfect, some have been pretty good, and some are just ok-lame.
