Unbelieveably rude. I love their pizza, but with the customer service they have, I have no idea how they will stay in business. I had the west side manager hang up on me twice. I talked to the manager of another store and he forwarded my complaint to the owner, Rob Reya. He called me back and justified it to me as they were busy and the mgr thought I was taking too long. He said he would follow up and let me know what he did. He never did and the same crappy mgr is still there. There is more to this story, but I don't care how good the food is,and it is, they can't expand with customer service like this. If they are that arrogant, they need to start reading the complaints and talking to people because it won't take long visiting with people in the Springs to find someone who had a bad customer service experience with them and will never eat there again and will tell everyone they know, as I have, not to go there! They didn't even try to make it right. It will be my personal crusade to steer people away. I am in the military and I have contact with a lot of people that I have told about my experience and I will continue to do so.
