Two things...first, though I'm ecstatic that Boriellos now has a liquor license and I can enjoy a beer with great pizza, I was shocked to have it served in a PLATIC pint glass. Talk about a buzz killer. Second, whenever I call it seems the line is busy and I have to call back (particularly annoying when I call the 884-2020 number and have to select the North location all over again). Would be great to just get put in the "que" for auto-answer.
